Has studied in Berlin psychology and 6 semesters chemistry, married, 3 children. Was teaching representative for group dynamics at University of Technology in Berlin. Since 1969 incessantly independent trainer for industry and public institutions. From 1976 four year during additional education as a Gestalt-therapist. 15 years of practical work as a psychotherapist beside the activity as a trainer and also even today as coach for employees and executives in enterprises.

Long-standing concrete experiences as an initiator and with the realization of social innovation processes in large-scale enterprises. Specialized on the support of executives and employees with the change from hierarchical to team-oriented structures. Has worked also in factories with executives in the mechanical engineering and all involved colleagues (process management, programmers, supply management, quality management etc. and not least with machine operators) for years as an adviser and trainer and has supported them concerning problems and conflicts.

For more than 30 years work with executives of any hierarchy levels up to boards of directors and managers. A big portion of the orders is the moderation of real working discussions as a moderator and - where desirably - mediator for conflict coping.

As a result of the scientific side of the education since 1969 a (PC-) program developer . His development of mathematical psychological simulation models of human processes for didactic purposes have become well known. Aim: To show connections of psychological theory and professional practice by computer supported case studies for the cooperation in institutions.

Development of PC tools for the education sector and social scientific research which are offered and sold by BabstSoft e.K. as database applications on the Internet since 1998. The Sociogram Designer particularly is right on the track to become a standard at schools, professional formation and for the social research at universities.
