As a new business area we have decided in
1998 to offer our software tools also to other coaches.
BabstSoft is a small
Internet company and economically independent of Babst,
Institutionsberatung since the beginning in 1999. From 2003 on it's
registered as: BabstSoft e.K.
E.g. you can
acquire a license for the
Sociogramm
Designer , a program with which you prepare interactively
professional sociogram graphics.
Version 5.x contains a powerful tool,
the Protocol Manager with which you can prepare and evaluate
interaction protocols. Same with version 4.x. Everything is very
simple and works with mouse clicks. Many new functions meet the
expectations of our users: More elections, big design-field, positive
and negative elections, socio-metric coefficients and a lot more.
The 'Seminarplaner' is an integrated seminar administration
tool with customers
and participant database inclusive of participant pictures,
administration of participant lists, seminar plans, schedule like a
digital magnet board on the screen with interfaces to our
flight-schedule and invoice manager. Target group are primarily
institutions for professional formation or coaches.
At the moment we stopped the development of Version 4 because we want
to dedicate our energy to our new application "BabstSoft Relations"
and to the successor ot the Soziogramm Designer 5.x: The Soziogramm
Designer 6.x.
We have created a simulation game which
was developed since 1993, perfected and used in our own trainings
regularly: the " Fall
Busch ". Actually we intend to switch it over to the latest
version which will run also under Win 2000 and XP without reservation.
This interactive game is really versatile and allows to get a lot of
knowledge about human behaviour in Companies. It has proved itself
particularly with technical participants because the evaluation takes
advantage of curves, graphics and media with which they are familiar.
